We’ll bring the bike to the event site on the first day. During the event, you’ll be responsible for transporting the bike to and from the venue each day. At the end of the event, we’ll collect the bike at the end of the program. All loaner bike rentals must be completed at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your program start date. Rental requests submitted less than 48 hours before the start of the program cannot be guaranteed and will be fulfilled based on availability only.
